Standard Delivery (1st Class post): usually 3-5 working days from order date. Standard delivery is FREE  for UK orders!

International Customers

Email us at shop@yewclothing.com if you would like to discuss shipping for an overseas order.  Our system allows for international orders to be placed – shipping is measured on weight of products .  Please note we do not offer free shipping on overseas orders at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be satisfied with anything you buy from us.  If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 14 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition – which means it should be unused. The delivery charge is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Packaging

As the environment is an important part of the way we do things, we decided to use as much re-used packaging as possible.  Most of the products we send directly to our customers go out in reused packaging.  We work with local businesses to take their surplus packaging (like jiffy bags) and use them to send out our products.  This was a difficult decision for us, since we know that our customers like to receive their things in nice packaging (just as we do).  However, we hoped that you would appreciate what we’re trying to do and why.  We only use packaging that meets our standards (no damaged or dirty packaging), and we stamp the packs to tell you that they have been reused.

On the inside, the products we send you are individually packed for protection.  Each garment is placed in a ‘poly-bag’.  Whilst we were not keen on using individual bags, we realised that this was the only practical way of protecting the garments when they are transported from the factory to us, and again from us to you.  We did manage to use recyclable bags, so please make sure that you recycle these if facilities are available (e.g some supermarkets).
